First, the consultation manager seemed very experienced and explained things really well. It was one of the first hospitals I went to, so I didn't know much, but the explanation was excellent, and I stayed at the hospital for a very long time, so she seemed very proud of it. That gave me a lot of confidence, and she even told me how many millimeters could be reduced. She did mention a same-day reservation deposit, but it didn't feel forced. The director is kind, but gave me the feeling that he explains only the facts rather than empathy. If possible
