Both the doctor and the director were kind. Unlike the mechanically smiling staff at the clinic I had been to before, they were quite kind. They seemed to value naturalness and safety. I liked that they pointed out realistic issues, such as round and natural features that may remain, problems that can remain because they are related to facial balance, such as a crooked nose or asymmetry, and that the line can become more defined and look more noticeable than before. I was a little disappointed that they seemed to be pushing ear cartilage and septal cartilage. Because of the risk of sagging, I wanted to use costal cartilage, but they recommended ear cartilage instead
