I was surprised because the hospital was much cleaner than I expected as soon as I walked in! The waiting room was spacious, and although there were quite a few people, it didn't feel chaotic. The staff responded kindly, so I think I relaxed a little. I went in for an eye consultation, and the director looked at my eyes and first explained what condition they were in now. I also showed them photos of the eyes I wanted, and rather than just saying it could definitely be done, they explained which parts were possible.
