As the nose I had done before got older, the hump and the tip shape started bothering me again, so I went to a few places for revision consultations. Director Choi explained very clearly what condition my nose is in from a structural standpoint. He also explained realistically which options were possible because of the condition of the cartilage and the skin thickness, so it did not feel excessive. The surgical direction was to re-establish the bridge and redesign the tip, and he said the upturned-nose look I was worried about could be corrected, which reassured me a bit. I have not made my final decision yet, but the consultation itself was neat and not burdensome, so this will probably remain a place I felt was okay.
