For a first-time nose surgery, I went in thinking I wanted something light, like no implant and maybe just a septal or ear cartilage graft, but the doctor recommended silicone + donated costal cartilage. The doctor seems to already have a very specific shape in mind. But it looked like the same direction I wanted, so I went ahead. I don't recommend this for people who want a light first surgery. The price range is much higher. Even after visiting many places, first surgery was usually around 4.5 million KRW, but here they started at 6.5 million. Still, doing it without cutting the columella and doing it closed is a skill, so I can accept it even if it's more expensive. Rather than doing it cheap at a factory-style clinic and then needing a revision later, it feels like doing it properly once. The consultation manager was kind, and the surgery room and treatment room staff were all fine. The aftercare was also satisfying. The nose is still in the early stage so it's hard and unfamiliar, but a lot of people around me say the shape turned out well. If you look at the doctor's blog, you'll see he has a typical style, and I liked that. I recommend it if the style suits you. The doctor is very proud, and because it's a clinic that also specializes in reconstruction, it won't go wrong. I'll keep watching and add another review later.
