I had my first nose surgery here 10 years ago, using only silicone and ear cartilage, and from what I remember... the consultation was friendly, and the surgery turned out well. Now I'm in the middle of a revision at a Seoul hospital that is famous for revision surgery because I was unhappy with the shape. The revision surgeon even praised it when they reopened my nose, saying that during the first surgery they had done the operation cleanly with only ear cartilage and had not touched the septum, with no adhesions or scar tissue.
