Proceeding with forward advancement only, 6 to 7 mm, without width reduction or length reduction!! They strongly recommended not touching either width or length, almost to the point of trying to stop me, so I quickly said okay. But after the surgery, I really think that if width reduction had been done, it would have turned into an omega shape... I had some asymmetry, and they said they rotated it (?) to match as much as possible, and it is not completely symmetrical in reality!! But if you advance the chin tip while there is asymmetry, it may look even worse
