The director's preferred direction matched exactly with what I wanted. I was diagnosed with a columellar support using the septum, and if that was insufficient, ear cartilage, and to preserve the hump while using no implant for the nasal tip! I saw many reviews saying the director was scary, and yes, he is a bit scary.. (very curt) It was my first nose surgery and my first consultation at a plastic surgery clinic, so I was even more nervous and could not bring myself to ask questions. But there was also the fact that the director gave an accurate diagnosis to the point where I had nothing to ask. The manager was kind as well. Like in other reviews, the director looked tired! (Definitely not rude.) And maybe because it was a morning consultation, there was not a single other customer.
