The consultation manager was kind. At some hospitals the manager just gives a half-hearted consultation out of annoyance, but here the manager explained things with professionalism. It is a hospital that takes pride in its surgery. The chief doctor could tell my condition the moment he saw me. And since he examined me so carefully, I felt relieved.
