This was a hospital I didn't have high expectations for, but the doctor felt less authoritarian, which made me feel reassured. He also seemed professional. But wherever you go, if it's a board-certified plastic surgeon, professionalism is basically a given... Still, they don't do scar laser management here, so I'm not sure whether that's okay.. The doctor seemed honest and gave accurate information rather than exaggerating things or promoting them. However! They advertise a 27-minute surgery
