I already had high expectations before the consultation because this surgeon is so famous for noses. The wait was a bit long, but thankfully it was a morning consultation, so he gave me plenty of time. Unlike other places, they charge an extra KRW 100,000 for blood tests when using donated rib cartilage, and an extra KRW 150,000 for general anesthesia when using autologous rib cartilage. The consultation fee was also KRW 30,000, which was on the expensive side, but I thought of it as the surgeon's fan-meeting fee, so whatever.. He said he does not really prefer a sharply pointed nasal tip, so I felt that matched the look I want. I do not know if he will monitor my progress well after surgery. He seemed so busy T_T
