The front desk staff and the manager don’t seem very kind. Their tone was scary, like they were troublemakers, and during the consultation the manager said “just a moment,” then played on their phone. When I took out my phone to write notes, they shouted that I wasn’t allowed to film and snatched the chart away from me, which was awful..
