In the end even the tip was so visible that everyone said it looked like it should be removed.. Before surgery, when I saw review posts saying things like "witch nose," "they seem to have a distinctive nose shape," and so on, I wanted to grab my past self and beat myself up for thinking, "That isn't about me~ My nose is short, so having more length would actually be better~"... Around 7 months after surgery, one day the border between the silicone and the tip became palpable, and the step became visible, leaving me with a bizarre ridge. When I went to the hospital, the manager had changed and started treating me like some strange, overly sensitive person, then when I said I wanted an AS fix, they gaslit me by saying my face would end up weirdㅠㅠ On top of that, they quoted over 2 million won for the AS. That's not what they said before surgery..... As you can see from the reviews, it's a nose that photographs pretty well. But only from certain angles; in everyday photos it looks like Pinocchio and a bird beak nose...... In photos I looked like a different person, but in real life people made fun of me as Usopp and everyone pointed out my nose.... Design-wise, the nose tip point is set very low, and it goes beyond a straight line into a witch nose; the columella is so over-projected that it looks sliced straight. The degree of projection was also huge (later, the revision hospital told me there was 6 mm of cartilage at the tip. I also saw the photos and was horrified). The white outline at the tip was visible and the cartilage stood out.. Even the nostrils became pointy. It's very different from the blog photos. I saw the uploaded pictures and didn't even know that was my nose. After surgery, it's also way too hard to even see the doctor..... Even if I did, he would just glance and leave. He seemed to have consultation expertise, but he didn't look at the overall harmony, and his aesthetic sense was very disappointing... As for the manager... I'll hold my tongue....... ㅎ...... They didn't even want to do AS, and above all, the autologous rib scar was left terribly badly.. They gave me scar injections, but after the injection it actually swelled up asymmetrically. I spent over 10 million won and only used it for 2 years before getting a revision at another hospital. That's it!
