I got it twice, with a touch-up included! I first consulted with the manager, but the consultation felt a bit rushed, which was disappointing.. Then after applying numbing cream and waiting, I went into the room, and the director came in, checked my lips based on the consultation, and injected the filler right away. The director was kind, but the procedure moved quickly like a factory. The director's aesthetic sense is good, so I like the lip shape, but maybe because it was made too natural, after a few weeks
