I don't really like putting silicone or other foreign materials too much inside the nose, and I wanted to make it as natural as possible, so I went there. My nose was already a bit wide and big, so rather than making it higher, I wanted it to look slimmer, so I had a tip-tying procedure with fewer side effects, and it has held up well so far.
