I had a consultation a few years ago, and even though my nose wasn't even that extreme, I got a quote for 10 million won It was the highest quote I'd ever received Maybe they were pricing it high because insurance reimbursement was possible? I bet the quote is much higher now Since they only do noses, it seems pretty specialized
