On the clinic consultation form, I had to write three places I had visited and three places I had booked. It seemed like they only saw one consultation at a time. There was almost no waiting. They didn't give me a detailed consultation about things like what was wrong with my eyes, so if that's what you want, you'd probably need to ask questions or prepare them in advance. My eyes are deep-set with thick skin, the front line has loosened and sits too high, and because my eye-opening correction was underdone I went in for a revision consultation due to sleepy-looking eyes. I went to several places, and most of them recommended double-incision surgery, but this was the only place that said they would use my existing line, which drew me in. I was also drawn in when they asked whether I had a photo of the line I wanted and said this could be done.
