A really huge hospital! If you're getting a procedure, you move by elevator. Since procedures feel easier and lighter than surgery, I spent a very short time with the director, and with the manager it was probably under 10 minutes. The managers were friendly. I got alar Botox and nose-slimming injections, and for about the first month and a half there seemed to be some effect. Even someone I hadn't seen in a while said I looked like I'd lost weight?? But after that it went back to normal... There is a subtle effect, but if you want to maintain it, you'll probably need injections every 3-4 months. But at that price... surgery might be better... Still, if surgery is absolutely not an option for you, I don't think trying it once is a bad idea. The effect is small, but there is an effect, and I had no side effects.
