To be honest, the director was not especially kind during the consultation, but she answered all my questions and explained why the surgery should be done this way. Rather than asking what I wanted, the feeling was more like this is how it needs to be done. Still, the expertise was decent compared with other clinics. The manager was also kind and I felt trust. But if you ask whether this is a clinic I would trust enough to actually go ahead with surgery, I am not sure. It is true that they asked for a lot more than other clinics. I think it would not be bad to go for a consultation once.
