They explained that my side profile nose bridge is already relatively high by Asian standards, so if an implant were inserted into the bridge it could look unnatural, like an 'Avatar nose.' Because of that, they strongly recommended against using an implant and suggested doing only tip surgery. They also said that if only the tip is done, the frontal change would be minimal, and since the dorsal hump is not shaved down enough, even osteotomy would not create a glamorous line. Overall, I got the impression that this is a very safety-oriented clinic, and it felt like they explained liability for results falling short in a rather conservative way. The consultation was honest, but the overall direction felt too cautious, so I passed.
