Because it was often mentioned at this community that nose surgery there looks natural, I visited. As rumored, the doctor was professional and explained things in detail. If this had been my first surgery, I probably would have done it here. It felt like they solve the problems you are worried about with the minimum necessary surgery in a natural and safe way, so the change is not expected to be dramatic, and it probably would not suit someone who wants a flashy result. He laid out a plan with the sense that he would show a lot of natural lines and solve only the problems while staying as close as possible to the current nose, in the safest direction with minimal risk. Maybe because he has handled many revision cases, he spoke within the range that would not overstrain the nose. Maybe because I am still young, I am wondering how much change would be worth the money. I am hesitating because I am worried it will be too natural and the change point will feel bland, but I still have not decided.
