I visited because they’re famous for Botox, but during the consultation there was almost no explanation about the injection amount or the medication used, and the procedure was carried out fairly quickly without any design work, so I was a little taken aback. It felt more like a factory-style clinic than one that gives careful, individual consultations. The wait was also quite long, about 40 minutes, and the doctor was not especially friendly. That said, when I asked, “Do I really need to inject this one?” they honestly said, “I don’t think you need to inject this one,” which I appreciated. Still, rather than looking at my face first and pointing out concern areas or recommended areas, they only said, after I asked, “I think this area should be injected,” which was a bit disappointing. If they had explained things first in a way suited to my face, I think I would have trusted them more. Overall, it felt less like a consultation and procedure that carefully considered each person’s face and concerns, and more like something carried out quickly in a fixed way, so people expecting a professional consultation may be disappointed.
