Director Kim Jin-hyeon was friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the consultation, which I liked. I could ask questions without feeling tense, and the explanations were easy to understand, so the consultation itself was satisfying. However, the consultation waiting time was far too long, which was very disappointing. Even though I had made an appointment and visited, I ended up waiting much longer than expected, which was tiring and inconvenient.
