I had a consultation for lower eyelid fat repositioning and lateral canthoplasty. For the lower eyelid fat repositioning, they said that because I have pigmentation, it probably wouldn't look completely spotless even if I did it, so I thought they seemed honest, which I liked, but I was a bit confused because I don't really have pigmentation under my eyes. And for the lateral canthoplasty, since it's non-incisional, I guess it can't be helped, but it felt more like an inferior canthoplasty rather than a lateral one. It was the type that lowers the area below the center of the eye and slightly in front of the outer corner. They said it could cause scleral show, so I was grateful they didn't recommend it, but I wish there were a way to pull it outward instead.
