They explained in detail the strengths and weaknesses of my current eye shape and the parts that could be improved, and they gave me consultation in a direction that suited my face without pushing unnecessary surgery, so I trusted them. They honestly explained the expected results, the recovery process, and the possibility of side effects, which was very helpful, and they kindly answered my questions, so I was satisfied
