I saw reviews saying some people were turned away from surgery, and that ended up being me... lol Because my eyes are sunken, they said they couldn't move things around much and spoke very conservatively. They explained anatomically why it would be difficult, so while I understood, I still felt unsettled.. The consultation felt quite professional, but it conflicted with what I had been told at another hospital, where they said surgery was possible, so I couldn't tell whether this place was being honest or whether they just weren't confident about the surgery.. They didn't ask at all about my consultation history at other hospitals, and there were no review discounts or cash discounts either. I didn't get a very friendly impression from the manager. Since it's a popular hospital, the vibe was basically, either get the surgery or don't lol
