I thought this was a surgery I would do only once, but I ended up doing it twice, so this time I prayed by carrying water and telling myself it absolutely had to succeed, and it seems like the shape turned out well! I had double eyelid surgery and a lateral canthoplasty together, and it became a reverse V shape, so I couldn’t even eat properly and felt depressed. Even the left double eyelid was starting to loosen, and I felt like this just wouldn’t do. I spent my life glued to my phone, thinking hard about hospitals, and I couldn’t find any place like this community with three blogs and a cafe and reviews being posted every day, so I went for a consultation. They said revision double eyelid surgery would be fine if done with incision (the previous one was buried), and while restoring the lateral canthoplasty, adding lower canthoplasty too to adjust the shape of the outer eye corner while keeping the eye size from getting smaller would be good. To balance the whole eye shape, I also had upper canthoplasty, and now it has been over a year, and the line, the eye shape, and the lack of scars all fit together perfectly, so I’m happy. The doctor also checks all the follow-up visits, and was meticulous, so I felt like they were responsible from consultation all the way through surgery and aftercare.
