This is the second hospital I consulted, and the consultation was better than the first one. First, when I told them the line I wanted, they carefully marked several options and told me what was wrong with my eyes first. I said I wanted correction for uneven eyes and hoped the inner corners would look more open, but my inter-eyebrow distance is not that wide, so I was worried that an inner canthoplasty would make my eyes look too close together. I would rather give up on the eye shape than have them look too close together. So they immediately recommended an upper canthoplasty instead. They showed me the effect by holding it up with their hands, and it was pretty good. I also hoped for a non-incisional procedure since it would be my first surgery, but after trying to set the line on my smaller right eye, they said an in-out line would not come out like my left eye. They said my skin had become thicker because of atopic dermatitis, and that I also had ptosis in the smaller eye. If I wanted the eyes to match, they recommended incision. If I wanted non-incisional surgery, I would have to accept uneven eyes and proceed with a slightly lower line. So when they tried setting the left eye lower to match the right eye for a non-incisional approach, it felt a bit ambiguous, and if I were to do it, I leaned toward the incisional option. The consultation itself was not long, but in a short time I was able to ask everything I wanted. They said aftercare includes swelling laser and injections, and that for one year, and up to two years, there is a 50% discount on aftercare. The non-incisional option was 2.2 million, the upper canthoplasty 1.1 million, and the incisional eye-shape correction 3.3 million, but they said there would be a 20% discount with a photo review condition.
