I didn't consult at many places before having the surgery, and I regret it. It seems like the manager, front desk, nurses, and surgeon all have different roles there, but they don't seem to communicate well with each other. The manager was very friendly at first, but after I paid in full, she suddenly became very unfriendly, and that was the worst part. If you promise to write multiple detailed reviews, they seem to give a big discount. The one good thing is that they don't push you too hard. But the fact that aftercare is only twice is disappointing.
