As soon as I entered the building, I thought the facility was nice and large. Probably because it was a big hospital, even though I had a reservation I waited about 10 minutes, then took photos, and after another wait I think I had the consultation about 10 minutes later. I told the director I wanted my nose to be smaller, and he said he would shave off the slight hump on my nose and raise the tip with ear cartilage while making the tip smaller. He also said that if he raised the tip and reduced the alar width too, the nostrils would become too small, so it would be better not to do that.
