The director really did consult as I had heard and recommended several methods, which was good, but when I asked to see before-and-after photos of people who had surgery using the method they recommended, they said they couldn't show me because they don't keep every case written down individually. That was a bit disappointing. Also, the staff at the counter were laughing loudly enough for the consultation room to hear, which was also a bit disappointing. Still, the director clearly said what was possible and what wasn't, so it felt neat and straightforward. I won't get it done here, but plastic surgery
