Like other reviews say, the wait was extremely long. It took about 2 hours in total. I went once, and because the surgery ran long I lost 1 hour and 30 minutes without getting to see the director, so I went again and had the consultation. Even then I waited about 2 hours in total. The director looked tired, and the consultation was about 20 minutes, very professional and detailed. However, he spoke very fast, so you have to concentrate hard. I like the male before-and-after photos, and he seems to have a lot of experience, so I left a deposit, but
