I had revision surgery after my first surgery with Gore-Tex and developed contracture, but this place only does Gore-Tex. I found that out only on the day I went for the consultation, without knowing beforehand. My midface is long and my nose is on the long side too, so they said to raise the tip point by using ear cartilage only for the tip. They said they would not add anything to the bridge because it might make my face look longer. And they said the change would be minimal compared with the effort put in. The consultation was calm and thorough, but during the consultation with the manager, the manager said the doctor told her that my nose already looks pretty, so I should just live with it. So there is no estimate. They told me to write the estimate amount, so I will write 500 for now.
