I visited 10 clinics famous for revision nose surgery, including all the big names for implant removal. I went to every clinic I could. For my part, I had Gore-Tex done 15 years ago, and while the people around me had problems with silicone, inflammation, and contracture, I was the only one who stayed completely fine. But the tip of my nose had dropped after a closed approach, so I was looking to get revision surgery. What I felt during the consultations was that only two of the 10 clinics, including this one, were confident about Gore-Tex removal, but even there they said they would only do the tip. It somehow didn't feel confident.
