I have a friend who had double eyelid surgery here, and that friend turned out well, and another person said theirs turned out well too, so I had mine done here 7 years ago. To be honest, the place looked a bit old, but the fact that they had been operating in one place for a long time also made me trust them a little. I asked them to make it natural so I wouldn’t end up with sausage eyes, but now it has become too thin, and I’m looking into revision surgery. It seems like they prefer a half-moon shape with the outer corners lowered, rather than a sharp, refreshing look. My friend and another friend had long eye corners and were not the type with upturned corners, so it suited them well, but on me it actually looks a bit suffocating. My eyes were originally very small, so I can’t really say it was a total failure; in my own way I was satisfied because it was better than before and lived with it until now, but I do feel a bit disappointed that I should have gone somewhere that would have made the line bigger and more open and refreshing. Right now I’m looking into canthoplasty and revision to change the line.
