There was a little bit of waiting for the consultation, but after going to other places too, I realized this place really wasn't much of a wait at all. I was able to see the doctor within 20 minutes, and during the consultation they looked at my eyes and explained things. They explained which direction I should go for double eyelid surgery? They described things like sleepy eyes or glaring eyes, and they explained everything in a very calm and kind way, with confidence, so I think that gave me trust. I liked that they took every question seriously, but the line was drawn a little more beautifully at another hospital... heh.
