About 4 or 5 years ago I got Ulthera and a skin booster there. It wasn’t a factory-style clinic, and the doctor did both the consultation and the procedure all by himself. I think there was also a consultation manager, but the doctor explained the price himself too. The doctor was kind during the consultation, but during the procedure the sedation was incredibly strong, so even after I got home I was out of it all day.
