I went in for surgery not long after the consultation, and the manager who had done my consultation had quit by then (I wondered if they quit often for internal reasons?). I went there to correct asymmetry of my nostrils. The cost was not expensive, but the effect was not great, and most of all, not long after the stitches were removed I went back because it stung and asked them to check it, only to find out that the stitches had not been removed properly. Later, when I went back because the asymmetry seemed even worse and asked them to look at it, all I got was, 'It turned out well.' That was it. I was speechless.
