Because my nostrils flare quite a lot, I got it done once last year and again this year. It hurt a lot, but I definitely felt it worked. It really controlled the flaring. For this year's nostril Botox, one side of mine flares more, so the doctor looked at it and gave me one injection on one side and two on the other. But I do not think nostril Botox lasts very long. For me, after about 3 months, the effect dropped sharply and it went back to how it was before.
