About 10 years ago, I had eye correction and canthoplasty surgery. I'm fairly satisfied with the eye correction and have been living with it, but the canthoplasty still remains in a D-shape. After seeing that, I panicked for a while and went to the hospital to tell them, and they told me in a slightly annoyed tone to wait a little longer. I don't think the aftercare was very good, and I remember they weren't very kind after the surgery. Still, the eye correction seems to have been done well without showing. I remember most of the patients were older people rather than younger ones. If you want surgery that doesn't look obvious, it might be worth considering.
