In one word, it was a consultation that felt like a waste of time.The hospital staff were pretty unfriendly, but I had already seen other reviews in advance and had no expectations, so I let it pass. The problem was that I had to repeat the same things to multiple people. I had to say again what I had already said on KakaoTalk, and they kept asking whether I had watched the video too, so the way things were handled was inefficient.It also seemed like they were not keeping time. People who seemed to have arrived for their appointments were kept waiting.The doctor's explanation was just average, nothing special at all, so there was nothing memorable. The doctor seemed friendlier than the staff, though.It seemed like a fairly well-known hospital, so I found myself wondering why.Overall: not memorable, unfriendly, and inefficient. Excluding the staff, it might be just average.
