I got a nose surgery consultation at First Button Clinic. Looking at my current nose condition, they recommended functional nose surgery that improves functional aspects as well rather than just cosmetic goals. Since the tip support is weak, they recommended using donated rib cartilage to keep the shape stable after surgery. They explained the septum and the internal nasal structure, and guided me through the surgical direction in detail, focusing on natural changes and long-term support
