I went in for a consultation because I wanted to improve my large, high aquiline nose, and I told them the things I had heard while visiting different places and getting estimates. I liked that they gave their opinion, saying that those points were true, but also... I also liked the virtual surgery mock-up they did with Photoshop. I really want to improve my side profile without it looking like I had surgery, while still looking natural. The doctor understood the parts I wanted very well, which was good, but I keep seeing occasional 1-star reviews in the review section, so I'm conflicted..
