My upper arms and the fat on the front of my armpits made my upper body look bigger in photos, which was stressful. During the consultation, they explained that if only the inner arms were done it could look awkward, and that the side-boob line also needed to be tidied up together for the fit of clothes to look natural. The cost was not extremely low compared to what I had expected, but once I heard the scope included and the aftercare, it made sense. On the day of surgery, they also checked the design by moving my arms in various directions
