If you book online and go in, the nurses take care of skincare from A to Z. You don’t even get to see the director or the manager. During laser treatment, the nurses explain everything while giving anesthesia. I saw the director only when the procedure was being done. The female director was okay, the male director was okay too. I couldn’t say much, but the female one felt a bit kinder. Super fast, perfectly factory-like, and I like that there wasn’t any unnecessary consultation. While waiting out front, the coordinators were talking seriously with each other
