Very, very kind and friendly, and the consultation was also handled with great care. They tried it several times, and while they said it would be hard to raise it any more, they tried to reflect my wishes as much as possible (I wanted to lift the back line too, but that eye is difficult as well). They also explained what kind of procedure would be done. For things like improving symmetry scars, they honestly said perfect improvement would be difficult. I asked about a forehead lift after hearing about it at another hospital, and they said my eye could benefit from it, but I could decide after seeing the results, not right away. The aftercare was nice because swelling laser treatment was unlimited for one month. I had not been able to get proper aftercare before, so that was the biggest draw for me.
