A honest review of arm liposuction: overall, I am satisfied with the result itself. Rather than getting dramatically slimmer, it feels more like my arm line was refined and my upper body looks slimmer. Especially the line on the back and outer side of the arm became more defined, so the way clothes fit definitely changed. The effect became more noticeable after the swelling went down 2 to 4 weeks after surgery, and as time passed it settled in more naturally
