I went for a consultation because of eye and nose revision surgery. Everyone from the coordinator to the chief doctor was kind, but the only flaw was that they seemed too busy. I don't know if it was just that day, but the wait time was incredibly long, and even the coordinator kept coming and going during the consultation, which was a bit annoying. Still, the consultation itself was good, and the chief doctor was very kind too. They didn't act annoyed by questions and explained everything in detail, which I should say I liked. But in the end I didn't have the surgery
