The manager was very kind and spoke well. They understood my needs well and asked first whether I had any questions. The consultant doctor also identified my issues well and was kind. They also told me which design I wanted would not work, and said they would correct it as much as possible, so I felt confident. They also talked about other procedures that might be worth improving a bit more, but they were the same procedures I had been thinking about, so it did not feel like pressure, and it felt sincere.
