It was the first clinic I consulted, and they said this kind of eye has a lot of fat and thick skin, so it needs to be done with an incision. But even with an incision it will loosen again, so they did not really recommend double eyelid surgery. If I still wanted it, they said they would do ptosis correction + incision. That was the kind of explanation they gave, I think. The explanation was very detailed and I was grateful that they explained it in a way even a person who doesn't know much could understand, but I had the feeling of "double eyelids? Do I really need them?" so I went somewhere else instead of this clinic. And in the end, one side actually loosened, so I had to do it again
